Alan Driggers
Biography
My name is Alan Driggers, though most people simply call me Coach. I am the founder of The IEP Coach, and I work directly with families who have reached a breaking point with special education.
I have spent over two decades inside the system.
Along the way, I earned master's degrees in special education and educational leadership, as well as a certificate in performance-based school leadership. Not for titles. For tools. Because doing right by students requires both knowledge and leverage.
I dissect and translate what is buried in reports, data, and legal language into clear, actionable guidance. I walk families through every step of the special education process with honesty, strategy, and consistency.
Experience
- A Special Education teacher in classrooms that were never designed for the students inside them
